Mindful KETTLEBELLS

Mindful KETTLEBELLS is a 45-minute class that includes both circuit and tabata formats. Kettlebells are utilized in a variety of strength training exercises to tone and shape your full body. This is a kid-friendly class. Children age 3 and under must be secured in a stroller during class. This class is safe for pregnancy and diastasis recti, but is intense. Modifications will be provided.
