Mindful MIX

This is a 45-minute class that includes equal strength/cardio, core, and flexibility portions. We use a variety of formats and equipment including boot camp, balance discs, kettlebells, steps, aerial yoga silks, barre, exercise balls and weights, and body weight. Children age 3 and younger must remain secured in a stroller. This class is safe for pregnancy and diastasis recti.
