Mindful Dance

Mindful Dance is an introduction to modern dance technique. The class will teach students floor work, improvisation, dance movements, body strengthening, and choreography. Students will learn how to use their body as a tool for expression and how to move their bodies through space. Through different combinations, students will gain the strength and confidence to dance freely in the space with no limitations. The class will help students connect to their creative selves and expand their movement consciousness.
