Buti Yoga & Hotcore (No kids)

This class is a mix of Buti Yoga 45 minutes (plyometrics, tribal dance, power yoga) and Hotcore 30 minutes (core strengthening using resistance from sliding the feet). This class is NOT safe for those with Diastasis Recti or Pregnancy. Please bring a yoga mat, water, a hand towel, and socks!
