Mindful Cycle

Mindful Cycle is a high-intensity exercise class on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it's great at toning muscles to make you super strong. Kids are welcome to attend this class with you. Children age 3 and under must remain secured in a stroller or carrier during class. Older children may stay seated close to you on a mat.
