Mindful RUN CLUB is more than running. It includes a weekly hike and 2 weekly group runs. There are opportunities to run, practice intervals, train for races, and walk! It's all about getting outside and moving. Join us at whatever level you're at!

This class is 45 minutes and kids are allowed (age 3 and under must be secured in a stroller). Please bring water, a hand towel, and 12 ounce boxing gloves.

Aerial Yoga class offers authentic yoga, supported by a soft hammock, to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground. The hammock is used as a prop to deepen your stretch. The hammock makes yoga more accessible for all bodies. If you have any physical or medical contraindications to inversions (stroke, high blood pressure, pregnancy, ect.), you may not be able to hang upside down in the silk. Kids are welcome (age 3 and under must be secured in a stroller). Come fly with us!

Mindful Flow is a 45-minute Vinyasa flow yoga class. We start with a gentle warm up then gradually increase the heartrate through fast paced yoga sequences. The class is closed with a few seated poses and savasana. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and hand towel. Kids are welcome (age 3 and under must be secured in a stroller).

Mindful Core is a mat-based pilates inspired class. It includes strength training and toning exercises for the back, abdominals, chest, and glutes. The class starts with a gentle warmup, then increases in intensity with core training using repetitions, intervals and holds. Each class ends with a recovery portion utilizing straps, a foam roller or lacrosse ball.

Mindful Mama & Me Yoga is a bonding yoga workout for mama and baby that can be relaxing and challenging. While playfully bonding with your little munchkin, they serve you as an extra weight. Crawlers and small kids under 25-30 pounds, well behaved and cooperative are welcome.

This is a 45-minute class that includes equal strength/cardio, core, and yoga portions. We use a variety of formats and equipment including aerial yoga silks, barre, exercise balls and weights, and body weight.

Mindful STEP is a 45 minute class that incorporates step aerobic intervals with strength training and core toning exercises. This high energy class will make you sweat and smile.

Restorative Yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.

Mindful KETTLEBELLS is a 45-minute class that includes both circuit and tabata formats. Kettlebells are utilized in a variety of strength training exercises to tone and shape your full body. This is a kid-friendly class. Children age 3 and under must be secured in a stroller during class.

Hot Buti® is style of dynamic asana seamlessly blended with primal movement and Kundalini activation. The goal in a Hot Buti® class is to focus on toning the spiral structure of the core while keeping the internal body temperature at an acceptable level. The temperature in a Hot Buti® class ranges from 82-100 degrees. Our classes will be taught in a warm room set at 86 degrees. This class is not safe for women with Diastasis Recti or those under 16 weeks postpartum.

HotCore® is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice.

Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best a​ccessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Most Hotcore® classes consist of 4-5 pre-set sequences at the discretion and timing of the instructor. Hotcore® classes can be taught in non-heated and heated rooms alike. Temperatures can range from 80-95.

This class is not safe for women with Diastasis Recti.

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.


STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. This is not a dance class, like Zumba. Focus is on strength training.


Children are allowed at this class. If under the age of 4, they must sit in their stroller.

108 represents the ultimate reality of the universe as being simultaneously one, emptiness, and infinite. 108 has long been considered a sacred number in Hinduism and yoga. Malas, or prayer beads, come as a string of 108 beads. A mala is used for counting as you repeat a mantra. Om is a mantra, or vibration, that is traditionally chanted at the beginning and end of yoga sessions. Coming from Hinduism and Yoga, the manra is considered to have high spiritual and creative power. In this class we will sit in a circle and chant om 108 times. After you will have a few minutes to journal your experience.

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Cross-training for Runners is a 45-minute class which includes runner-specific strengthening, core, and stretching. It's everything else, other than the running, that runners need. Children can come to this class if needed. All children under age 4 must sit in their stroller during class.

Mindful BALANCE is a 45-minute class. Each participant will utilize 2 air-filled balance discs for a variety of functional and strength based exercises. This class will help to improve balance, strengthen the joints, tone your muscles, and build core stability.

Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.
