Terms and Conditions
No refunds, transfers, or holds. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Failure to cancel 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your session and a $10 late-cancelation/no-show fee. Unused appointments expire after 12 months.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is your consent to treatment. The classes and services provided by the instructor and practitioner are intended to improve the strength and tone of the breath, core, and pelvic floor and increase communication within your body. These services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. Be aware that diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. You agree to continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of your overall health care plan. Participation is voluntary and at all times you may choose to end your participation. You may experience ‘healing reactions or soreness’ during the 24 to 48 hours following each class. Any information exchanged during any appointment is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion. Any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without your written permission. You are agreeing to give the instructor/practitioner consent to use your case history and results without using your name. Only the instructor/practitioner will have access to information in your file to enhance your healing. By providing this informed consent you are assuming full responsibility for the classes/services and you hold harmless both the practitioner and Mindful Movement & Wellness.
