Welcome to Mindful Movement & Wellness
At Mindful, our mission is to empower and support women to feel healthy, strong, and joyful—through every age and stage of life.
We’re more than a fitness studio—we’re a supportive community where you’ll feel truly seen, cared for, and inspired. Our peaceful, beautifully designed space offers a wide variety of classes just for women and moms, with programs focused on keeping your body and mind strong, balanced, and fully engaged.
From prenatal and postpartum fitness to yoga, strength training, holistic healing, aromatherapy, and Maharishi Ayurveda, we specialize in whole-person wellness tailored to women. Many of our classes welcome kids, so you don’t have to worry about childcare.
Our small-group training and individual healing consultations provide personalized attention, motivation, and deep connection. And when we’re not moving or sweating together, we’re gathering to share, laugh, and connect!

We have two studio entrances:
For **Mandala Room** classes, enter on the **south side of the building on Hilton Rd.**
For **Lotus Room** classes, enter through the **west-facing door on Carlisle.**
