Our mission at Mindful Movement & Wellness is to empower and support women to be healthy, strong, and happy through all ages and stages of life. Mindful is a place where you feel welcome and cared for. A peaceful, beautiful studio offering a wide variety of fitness classes for women and moms. A program to keep your whole body and mind healthy, strong, and engaged. A community that comes together often to share, laugh, and SWEAT. We specialize in prenatal and postpartum exercise, women's fitness and health, Yoga, herbs and aromatherapy, holistic healing treatments, and Maharishi Ayurveda. We strive to create a healthy and safe fitness journey. You can bring your kids to many of our classes meaning no need for childcare. We are fierce, feminine, and fun! Our small group training style and individual healing consultations provide clients with personal attention, motivation, and a welcoming community. Join us today! We have two entrances to our studio. For classes listed in the Mandala Room, please enter on the south side of the building on Hilton Rd. For classes listed in the Lotus Room please enter through the West facing door on Carlisle.
