Individual Training
Individual Training Sessions are catered to your wellness needs and goals. We will identify your health and fitness goals, design exercise and fitness programs, and educate and motivate you to help you reach your health and fitness goals safely and effectively. Sessions are 45 minutes. Various wellness and exercise modalities may be used during your session and homework will be provided.
