Ask about our student, teacher, and military discounts. We are happy to work with you in times of financial strain as we understand the importance of fitness during times of stress and uncertainty. Please reach out if you need to be considered for one of our limited scholarships or discounts. All of our membership plans include our virtual library of over 780 classes. We will offer a 10% discount on your rate for your first membership referral.

Monthly Unlimited (12-Month Contract) ***BEST VALUE!*** $99 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership is for unlimited classes for 12 months. Membership payments will be deducted on the 1st of the month. There are NO early cancelations, transfers, or refunds. There is a one-time, lifetime enrollment fee of $69 for new members. The plan also includes unlimited virtual classes in our private Facebook group.

Annual Unlimited Class Membership $1,200 • Unlimited visits for 12 months • This is a one-time payment for 12 months of unlimited classes. There are no holds, transfers, cancelations, or refunds. There is a one-time, lifetime studio enrollment fee of $69 for new members. This plan also includes unlimited virtual classes in our private Facebook group.

Monthly Unlimited $125 every month • Unlimited visits • This class plan is good for unlimited classes each month. Membership also includes unlimited virtual classes in our private Facebook group. The plan is automatically charged on the 1st of each month. New members have a one-time, lifetime studio enrollment fee of $69.

4 classes/month $55 every month • 4 visits per Month • This class plan is good for 4 classes per month. Unused classes do not roll over to the next month. Membership includes unlimited virtual classes in our private Facebook group. The plan is automatically charged on the 1st of each month. There is a one-time, lifetime studio enrollment fee of $69 for new members.

Virtual Membership $40 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership is good for our online streaming classes and a virtual library of over 760 classes through Mindful Movement and Wellness. The virtual classes are streamed through our private Facebook group.

***INTRO OFFER*** 4 Weeks of Unlimited classes for $40 (New Students Only- *must be local) $40 • 40 visits • This is the Intro Offer to our studio for new students only. You must be local *live in ABQ or the surrounding area. The Intro Offer includes regular classes on the schedule for 4 weeks. Pre-registration on the website for classes is required. Special events and workshops are NOT included in this intro offer. There are no refunds, holds, or transfers.

Drop-in Class Pass $20 • 1 visit • This pass can be used for any regularly scheduled class at Mindful Movement and Wellness. This can not be used for workshops, trainings, or special events.

Yoga Flight OR Floating Sound Bath $30 • 1 visit • This pass is good for one Yoga Flight event.

Specialty class $25 • 1 visit • This pass pays for one person for Couple's Aerial Yoga, Buti Glow, and Om Meditation.

Yoga & Ayurveda Spa Night $40 • 1 visit • End your day by coming to Mindful for some Yoga- after we will pamper ourselves with Abhyanga, Ayurvedic Facials, Sauna & Red Light Therapy, drinks, and snacks. If you want to bring a snack or drink to share with the group- that would be awesome. The cost is $40 ($20 for members). You must register in advance to reserve your spot.

5 Class Package $90 • 5 visits • This package includes 5 classes. Package expires 90 days after purchase. No sharing, transfers, or refunds. Unused classes are forfeited when package expires.

10 Class Package $170 • 10 visits • This package includes 10 classes. Package expires 90 days after purchase. No sharing, transfers, or refunds. Unused classes are forfeited when package expires.

25 Class Package $375 • 1 visit • This package is for 25 classes. The package expires after 90 days. There are no returns, transfers, or holds. Unused classes are forfeited when the class package expires.

Individual Training Session $60 • 1 visit • Each personal training session is 45 minutes. Programming and exercises are developed for the individual client. The first session may involve assessments for non-members and new clients. We will help you reach your wellness goals.

Individual Training Sessions (5 Package) $275 • 5 visits • Each personal training session is 45 minutes. Programming and exercises are developed for the individual client. The first session may involve assessments for non-members and new clients. We will help you reach your wellness goals.

Individual Training Sessions (10 Package) $540 • 10 visits • Each personal training session is 45 minutes. Programming and exercises are developed for the individual client. The first session may involve assessments for non-members and new clients. We will help you reach your wellness goals.

Training Session for 2 $90 • 1 visit • Bring your partner or a friend for an individualized training session for 2.

INSTRUCTOR Drop-in Class Pass $10 • 1 visit • This dropin class pass is for certified fitness professionals and yoga instructors only.

Pelvic Core Restore Program $99 • 1 visit • Our pelvic Core Restore Program provides 6-weeks of breathing practices and exercises to help heal and tone the pelvic and core muscles. Included with the program are six 15-minute exercise videos to complete at home daily and two 15-minute in-person or virtual consultations to assess progress with the program.

Sauna & Red Light Therapy $20 • 1 visit • This pass is for one private 30-minute infrared Sauna & Red Light Therapy session.

Sauna & Red Light Therapy (4 Package) $60 • 4 visits • This package is good for four (4) private 30-minute infrared sauna & redlight therapy sessions. No refunds. No transfers. The package expires after 90 days.

Group Sauna Session (class add-on) $5 • 1 visit • This pass pays for a 15-minute post-class group sauna for up to 4 people if a time slot is available.

Ayurveda Consultation $250 • 2 visits • This pass pays for your initial or annual Ayurveda consultation which may be up to 2 hours and one follow-up consultation.

Follow-Up Ayurveda Consultation $80 • 1 visit • This pass pays for a single Ayurveda follow-up consultation.

Ayurvedic Garshana $30 • 1 visit • This pass pays for a stand-alone or add-on 15-minute Ayurvedic Garshana treatment.

Marma Therapy $85 • 1 visit • This pass pays for one 60-minute marma therapy session.

Shirodhara $120 • 1 visit • This pass pays for one 60-minute shirodhara session.

Abhyanga $85 • 1 visit •

This pass pays for one 60-minute Abhyanga session.

Ayurvedic Facial $90 • 1 visit • This pass pays for one 60-minute Ayurvedic Facial.

2024 Mindful Wellness Challenge (Current Members) $50 • 1 visit • This pass pays for your participation in our 2024 Mindful Wellness Challenge. You must have a current membership in addition to this pass to participate. If you do not have a membership but would like to participate in our 2024 Mindful Wellness Challenge, please contact us here: mindful.abq@gmail.com to take advantage of our special offer.
The challenge includes fitness, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and mindfulness components. This challenge will take place from Jan 15th- March 10th. This includes your team t-shirt, pre and post-assessment, daily challenges, and challenge guide. There will be a post-challenge awards ceremony to celebrate.
