This is the Intro Offer to our studio for new students only. You must be local *live in ABQ or the surrounding area. The Intro Offer includes regular classes on the schedule for 4 weeks. Pre-registration on the website for classes is required. Special events and workshops are NOT included in this intro offer. There are no refunds, holds, or transfers.

Drop-in Class Pass

This pass can be used for any regularly scheduled class at Mindful Movement and Wellness. This can not be used for workshops, trainings, or special events.

Specialty Class, Floating Sound Bath, OR Intro to Ayurveda Workshop
$30 • 1 visit
This pass is good for a specialty class or workshop including the Floating Sound Bath, Om Meditation, Yoga Flight, Buti Glow, Aerial Yoga Glow, Intro to Ayurveda Workshop, and Couple's Aerial Yoga. There are no refunds for this pass.

Yoga & Ayurveda Spa Party
$40 • 1 visit
End your day by coming to Mindful for some Yoga- after we will pamper ourselves with Abhyanga, Ayurvedic Facials, Sauna & Red Light Therapy, drinks, and snacks. If you want to bring a snack or drink to share with the group- that would be awesome. The cost is $40 ($20 for members). You must register in advance to reserve your spot.

Each personal training session is 45 minutes. Programming and exercises are developed for the individual client. The first session may involve assessments for non-members and new clients. We will help you reach your wellness goals.

Ayurveda Consultation

This pass pays for your initial or annual Ayurveda consultation which may be up to 2 hours and one follow-up consultation.

Aromatherapy & Herbal Consultation

Do you want to incorporate essential oils or herbs into your healing journey but are unsure of what you need?

During this brief 45-minute Ayurvedic consultation, your Ayurvedic pulse will be assessed and individualized recommendations provided. Your Ayurvedic practitioner will address your main concern and give three oil, herb, or blend recommendations to support your holistic healing. Some personalized blends may be available to purchase from Mindful for an additional cost.
