Half Marathon Training Program

To enroll please see our schedule. Join us for 12 weeks of training including a running plan and homework guide, a weekly coached group long run, 2 (optional) short group runs/week, and personal running instruction. Our next course starts July 29th and finishes October 14th. We will prepare for the Duke City Marathon.
Cancellation policy
Course cancelation and full refunds can be requested until one week before the course begins (July 21st). All cancelations after July 21st will result in only a partial refund of 50%. All cancelations and refund requests need to be made in writing and emailed to mindful.abq@gmail.com.
