CHECK OUT OUR SCHEDULE BELOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS. Please purchase a "DROP-IN" pass or the "INTRO OFFER" under the PASSES tab before your first class. For classes listed in the Mandala Room please enter on the south side of the building on Hilton Rd. For classes listed in the Lotus Room please enter through the West facing door on Carlisle.

Mindful Movement & Wellness is a beautiful studio offering a variety of fitness classes and wellness services for women and moms. Our small group training style provides clients with personal attention, motivation, and a welcoming community. We offer various classes including Yoga, Buti Movement, Run Club, Meditation, Cardio Blast, Restorative Yoga, Core & Balance, Boot Camps, Aerial Yoga, Kettlebells, Kickboxing, and Barre.

CLASS Registration/Cancellation Policy
Please register for your classes at least 2 hours in advance. If you are unable to make it to your class please disenroll yourself at least 2 hours before class starts to avoid the $10 late cancellation/no-show fee. Early morning classes and Mindful Run Club must be registered for or canceled by 10 PM the night before. The $10 late cancellation/no-show fee will be automatically charged to your card on file. ENROLL FOR YOUR CLASSES ON OUR SCHEDULE BELOW.

ALL AYURVEDIC AND WELLNESS SERVICES MUST BE BOOKED/CANCELED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. THERE IS A $35 NO-SHOW/LATE-CANCELATION FEE.
