Mindful Movement & Wellness is a women-focused studio offering small group fitness classes and wellness services for women and moms. Before your first class, please purchase a Drop-In pass or Intro Offer under the Passes tab. Classes are held in either the Mandala Room (enter on the south side via Hilton Rd) or the Lotus Room (enter through the west-facing door on Carlisle). We offer a variety of classes, including Yoga, Buti Movement, Aerial Yoga, Meditation, Core & Balance, Barre, Boot Camp, and Run Club. Please register or cancel at least 2 hours before class (by 10 PM the night before for early morning sessions) to avoid a $10 fee. Wellness and Ayurvedic services must be booked or canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a $35 fee. Check out our schedule below to sign up!
