Our Private Aerial Yoga classes are 90 minutes including a one-hour class and 30 minutes to hangout before or after. Food and drinks can be brought to the studio but must not be consumed on the mats. Cost: $20/person (5 person minimum). Each person in the party will need to create an account and fill out the physical activity waiver before class starts. There is a maximum of 16 people for each Aerial Yoga event. To book your special event please send an email with your request including the date and # of guests to mindful.abq@gmail.com.
Our Private Ayurveda Spa Party is the perfect event to relax and renew! Gather your group and enjoy 2.5 hours of guided Abhyanga, handmade Ayurvedic face masks, warm oil hair treatment, facial steam, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and restorative yoga. The cost is $40/person (5 person minimum). All Ayurvedic supplies will be provided. Food and drinks can be brought to the studio to enjoy during your party.
