Mindful CORE

Mindful Core is a mat-based pilates inspired class. It includes strength training and toning exercises for the back, abdominals, chest, and glutes. The class starts with a gentle warmup, then increases in intensity with core training using repetitions, intervals and holds. Each class ends with a recovery portion utilizing straps, a foam roller or lacrosse ball. No kids please. This class is safe for pregnancy and diastasis recti.
