Mindful Core & Balance is a mat-based, Pilates-inspired class designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness. This full-body workout focuses on toning and strengthening key muscle groups, including the core, back, chest, and glutes. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, then gradually builds intensity through targeted core exercises using a combination of repetitions, intervals, and static holds. The class concludes with a restorative cool-down using tools such as straps, foam rollers, or lacrosse balls to promote recovery and release tension. To enhance balance and functional strength, participants will use two air-filled balance discs, a large exercise ball, or slide discs for a variety of dynamic exercises that challenge coordination and joint stability. This class is ideal for improving posture, developing core strength, enhancing balance, and supporting joint health. It is also safe and supportive for individuals who are pregnant or managing diastasis recti.
