You must be local *live in ABQ or the surrounding area. The Intro Offer includes regular classes on the schedule for 4 weeks. Pre-registration on the website for classes is required. Special events and workshops are NOT included in this intro offer. There are no refunds, holds, or transfers.

5 Classes/Month (3-Month Minimum) $70 every month • 5 visits per Month • This class plan is valid for five classes per month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Unused classes do not roll over to the next month. Membership also includes one live virtual class each week in our private member Facebook group and access to our virtual class library in Dropbox. The plan is automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
Monthly Unlimited (12-Month Contract) ***BEST VALUE!*** $110 every month • Unlimited visits • This membership is for unlimited classes for 12 months. Membership payments will be deducted on the 1st of the month. There are NO early cancellations, transfers, or refunds. The plan also includes one live virtual class each week, streamed in our private member Facebook group, and access to our virtual class library in Dropbox.

Mindful Core & Balance is a mat-based, Pilates-inspired class designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness. This full-body workout focuses on toning and strengthening key muscle groups, including the core, back, chest, and glutes. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, then gradually builds intensity through targeted core exercises using a combination of repetitions, intervals, and static holds. The class concludes with a restorative cool-down using tools such as straps, foam rollers, or lacrosse balls to promote recovery and release tension. To enhance balance and functional strength, participants will use two air-filled balance discs, a large exercise ball, or slide discs for a variety of dynamic exercises that challenge coordination and joint stability. This class is ideal for improving posture, developing core strength, enhancing balance, and supporting joint health. It is also safe and supportive for individuals who are pregnant or managing diastasis recti.
