Mindful FLOW

Mindful Flow is a 45-minute Vinyasa flow yoga class. We start with a gentle warm-up then gradually increase the heart rate through gentle to moderately paced yoga sequences. The class is closed with a few seated poses and savasana. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a hand towel. Kids are welcome (age 3 and under must be secured in a stroller). This class is safe for pregnancy as props and modifications will be provided. This class is safe for diastasis recti.
