Mindful POWER FLOW

Mindful POWER FLOW is a powerful, energetic form of yoga asana where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Resistance bands, light weights, or props may occasionally be used in class. This is not a traditional power yoga class. The class utilizes vinyasa Flow, weight training, and static holds.

This class is kid-friendly. All children aged 3 and under must remain secured in a carrier or stroller.
