First Class Free 1 visit free • regularly $20 • This is good for one class free. It must be your first class at Mindful Movement and Wellness.

Dropin Class Pass $12 • 1 visit • This pass can be used for any regularly scheduled class at Mindful Movement and Wellness. This can not be used for workshops, trainings, or special events.
5 Class Package $75 • 5 visits • This package includes 5 classes. Package expires 90 days after purchase. No sharing, transfers, or refunds. Unused classes are forfeited when package expires. There is a onetime, lifetime studio enrollment fee of $59 which includes your Mindful equipment kit. All new members must pay the enrollment fee before purchasing your 5 class package.
10 Class Package $140 • 10 visits • This package includes 10 classes. Package expires 90 days after purchase. No sharing, transfers, or refunds. Unused classes are forfeited when package expires. There is a onetime, lifetime studio enrollment fee of $59 which includes your Mindful equipment kit. All new members must pay the enrollment fee before purchasing your 10 class package.

Teachers Summer Special $100 every year • Unlimited visits • This plan is good for unlimited classes June & July 2021. This special is for current teachers only! You must pay the one-time, lifetime studio enrollment fee (which includes your personal equipment kit for class and home use).

Mindful Prenatal Yoga includes stretching, mental centering, and focused breathing. This 60-minute class is for prenatal women and is kid-friendly. Children age 3 and under must remain secured in a stroller or carrier for the duration of the class. Older children may sit on a mat next to you during class.


Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies. Prenatal yoga can improve sleep and reduce stress and anxiety. Prenatal Yoga increases the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth and decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath. Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for being a new parent.
